FlowStack had strong top-of-funnel acquisition but was losing 70% of trial users before activation. CAC was unsustainable.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the onboarding flow with progressive profiling, in-app nudges, and a targeted email drip. We also redesigned the pricing page.
The Results
Trial-to-paid conversion jumped 68%. Combined with lower CAC from better targeting, MRR doubled in 4 months.
